Having worked for more than a year on the development of the software application, PatientFYI was going to lose their current software development group. The application itself was a complex J2EE based Dental Search Directory, expecting a very large amount of consumer traffic. PatientFYI needed to:

USourceIT assigned a Chief Technology Officer(CTO) to PatientFYI and then managed the process of engaging and on-boarding a new software partner. An initial 2 week Assessment engagement, led to the development of the RFP. USourceIT's Source-on-Demand^TM tool was used to shortlist 7 vendors from our network of 1500+ vendors, have the vendors respond to the RFP, and rank the vendors based on their responses. Following interviews of vendors with the customer, USourceIT identified the final software vendor in 12 days from the date of first contact.

USourceIT, then, assisted in negotiating the final contract between PatientFYI and the vendor.

USourceIT continued to provide oversight and project management to ensure a successful knowledge-transfer and launch of the system.
