ClientLook turned to USourceIT for developing its online activity reporting system for commercial real estate. They wanted the application to be developed within a short span of time without compromising quality. ClientLook was expecting a large amount of consumer traffic to their website. ClientLook needed to:
- Find a cost effective development team that would understand the business and technical aspects;
- Develop and launch the system within 6 months; and
- Enhance/maintain ClientLook for another 6 months.
USourceIT assigned a Project Manager to ClientLook and then managed the process of engaging and on-boarding a software development partner. USourceIT helped ClientLook in scoping the project, identifying an off-shore Service Provider and managing the application development. Costs came down significantly and ClientLook felt that it was their best outsourced project till now.

Satisfied with the success of the engagement, ClientLook decided to engage USourceIT in the enhancement and maintenance of ClientLook. Apart from working on regular enhancement and maintenance requests from the client, USourceIT redesigned the maintenance process for ClientLook by applying Business Process reengineering. The entire transition from the off-shore provider to USourceIT was managed by a USourceIT project manager.

Time: An offshore team was engaged within 15 days, the desktop and web system was launched into Production within 6 months of engagement.
Cost: The offshore team coupled with a local project manager has significantly lowered the cost of application development and maintenance.
Enhancement and Maintenance: USourceIT successfully conducted on-going system enhancement and maintenance; significantly improved ClientLook product and features.
